Blessing of the Festival
Location: Mosaic Church, 1832 NE 39th Ave in the Hollywood District.
Deceased members of the Portland Rose Society, the Royal Rosarians, and the Portland Rose Festival Foundation will be honored at this kickoff event for the Rose Festival.
